About This Memorial

The Corporal RD Foster Veterans Memorial Park in McKinney, Texas, honors all veterans with a special focus on Collin County servicemen and women who sacrificed their lives in defense of freedom. Dedicated on Veterans Day 2011, the 1.67-acre park features a Wall of Honor inscribed with names of fallen local veterans, a 24-hour lighted American flag, and a fountain symbolically watering trees representing each branch of the Armed Services.
